Direct video edits in chat and refine them on a Mac timeline.

A video editor your agent can read, write, and render.

Diffusion Studio is a video editor for people and coding agents. Projects live on a canvas and a timeline, and edits are written so an agent can change them. The desktop app is for macOS 12 or later on M1 or newer, and for Windows x64. A browser version can edit without the agent features, which the site limits to desktop. The 29 September 2026 changelog adds local AI object masking with SAM 2.1.
Download the desktop app if an agent should touch the footage. Arrange scenes on the canvas, sequence them on the timeline, and export from the same project.
Free is $0 with 50 credits one time, unlimited projects, and unlimited exports. Pro is $20 per month with 2,500 credits a month. Plus is $35 per month with 5,000 credits a month. Yearly billing is offered, with savings up to 33 percent.
Free includes the full editor, unlimited projects, and unlimited exports. The 50 credits are one time. AI editing, analysis, generation, and auto subtitles are listed on Pro.
